A weekend in Chicago with the family...

So after a busy work week in Moline, I got to spend a fun weekend in Chicago with the family. My parents drove down on Thursday and Friday we spent the day shopping and exploring the city. On Saturday my brother Brian, sister in law Lisa and nephews Nicholas, Timothy, and niece Natalie joined my sister Jennifer and brother in law Chris with nephew Ben and niece Abby on the train from Milwaukee to Chicago. So fun! After picking them up at Union Station we went bowling, explored Navy Pier, and shopped at the American Girl and Lego stores. Then finished the evening at the hotel pool - which the kids loved! We found time to cheer on the Brewers and UW Madison Badgers! Also had yummy cupcakes that my sister in law made for me to celebrate my birthday. I brought chop sticks for the kids from Singapore and they loved trying to eat their french fries with chop sticks. My dear friends Stefanie and Terry traveled from Wisconsin to Chicago too with their three adorable kids to see me - so great to catch up. What a wonderful weekend! So blessed to have such great family and friends. Here are some pictures from the fun weekend!
