A week in South Africa for work...

Had a great week in South Africa! Had an opportunity to visit some of our dealers and customers in the beautiful country. Several of us from all over the Deere company representing Germany, USA, Singapore, China traveled through the country. Always great to meet our dealers as well as a highlight to meet our customers! Some great farmers in South Africa that are loyal to John Deere.
Here are some pictures from harvest season!

Had a great day and night in Bintan celebrating Mary's 30th birthday! So fun! A group of 9 of us traveled to Bintan, Indonesia on the ferry and spent the day at the pool and beach enjoying the beautiful weather and good peeps! We got some beach volleyball in and of course some dancing to the cover band! Lots of fun with the group! Happy Birthday Mary! Here are some pictures

A weekend visiting Cindy...

After I left India for work, I traveled to Dubai to see Cindy and her new place! So fun! She had a great apartment in the marina area. It was so fun to catchup and hear about her new life in Dubai! We spent the afternoon with friends enjoying the beautiful beach and sunset. Then Saturday we went to Oman! We took a tour over to the country for a day boat trip to snorkel and see the dolphins swimming. Oman is an interesting country - nothing but mountainous rocks! But the sea is amazing with beautiful water and great fish. You can see the fish from the boat but snorkeling is even better. We had a great time swimming and enjoying the water. Here are some pictures! Can't wait to visit Cindy again!
